Redis 4 Docs #152

We'll want to write a document outlining some major changes from Redis 3 -> Redis 4, with an overview of how some of the commands are now done (zadd comes to mind)

Docs to write:

[ ] v3 -> v4 Migration guide
[x] Sessions support
[x] v4 Overview (configuration, etc.)

Closing this issue as Redis 4.0 has been out for a long enough time. If someone would still like a migration guide, feel free to request this issue to be re-opened
