This workflow uses cmake build system and custumed vcpkg which updates libass to 0.15.2, fixes the .pc file and adds support for asm optimization, at the same time freetype is backed to 2.10.4 for @vxzms reported a crash issue for subtext and assrender which use libass and freetype 2.11.0, and https://github.com/Masaiki/xy-VSFilter/issues/4
