Left todo:

Persist discovered values to disk (otherwise, lost on startup)
Move model / modelbuilder to a different module, one built with JDK 11. We can build the rest of the code with JDK 17. We're currently getting a warning about using JDK 11 as our plugin JDK
Revisit logic in our ProjectActivity
