What steps will reproduce the problem?
./mkesxiaio_4.3.1.sh
Trying to make 4.1.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? The
file name of the iso file used ?
VMware-VIMSetup-all-4.1.0-345042.iso
and oem-r8169-esx4.0u2.tgz

Please provide any additional information below.

Spot my deliberate mistake. I was using the wrong ISO. :)
