It would be greatalso to have a mtools_ckip_check=1 in the mtools.rc in order 
to avoid some issues with some usb sticks

Great work!

A few features that might be useful:

1) Keep Buildfiles or Compress Buildfiles option (to keep ALL "custom-esx", 
"save", and "esx-*" folders)

2) Make ISO from Buildfiles option (to use the above to generate a new ISO 
manually)

3) Log option (to show which options were selected and which files were 
integrated, and where/how)
