The VSTSVersionControl Package should provide "Get" targets that pull from
the ChangeSet Id set by CCNet.  It sets the property "CCNetVSTSChangeSetId".

SourceControl.CleanGetFromChangeSetThirdPartyDirectory
SourceControl.GetFromChangeSetThirdPartyDirectory
SourceControl.CleanGetFromChangeSetProductDirectory
SourceControl.GetFromChangeSetProductDirectory
