Subversion property SVN.URI.Tags property in arguments.xml is not respected in SourceControl.Repository.Load script. #50

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In arguments.xml file set the SVN.URI.Tags property to 
${SVN.URI.ProjectName}/label
2. Run run.bat 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected ProjectName/label folder to be created and imported into source 
control. Instead tags folder was created. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.8.0, Windows XP Pro

Please provide any additional information below.
Observed in the SourceControl.target.xml file that the target 
SourceControl.Repository.Load target is hard coded to create the tags 
folder rather than using the value in the SVN.URI.Tags property.
