Make sure the SalsaJ software works for SALSA spectra #6

Currently it seems that specta from SALSA are not properly understood by the software SalsaJ. This needs to be fixed, as SalsaJ is the best option for users with little programming background.

The SalsaJ program was updated in June 2015 which also required some modifications to the way SALSA spectra were written. Now everything seems to work, although SalsaJ is not the most user friendly software. It would be nice to write a smaller program tailored for SALSA which also enables better fitting, such as multi gauss etc.
