One should add a section describing what VLSR is in the SALSA users manual. Also, a document should be compiled in the developers notes (or as an appendix to the users manual) explaining in detail how the VLSR calculation is done in SALSA.

The VLSR-related stuff has been written briefly in the SALSA users manual (both languages). Nothing was done in the developers notes though.
