CDOT has an issue with RNA genes on chrMT for ENSEMBL. We are using these transcripts for the coding chrMT genes already and it would be nice to fill the gap of missing transcripts from there.

Follow up on the problem raised in https://github.com/SACGF/cdot/issues/72 and ensure that the build works with Mehari once fixed.
