Currently flags can be used to track the status of a variant. While this is useful to mark interesting variants. The history of changes are not tracked, or conflicting flags cannot be tracked. This would be useful to explicitly track first-second look procedures or document reasons why variants were downgraded or upgraded.
Describe the solution you'd like
Variant flags should have a change history. Users should primarily see their own flags, and info from other users should be presented in addition.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Just overriding other users flags is not a good solution, as there does not need to be consensus between users.
Additional context
Might require some good UI/UX design first.
