Combining Query Results

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be great to be able to combine query results to quickly prioritise the most promising variants, regardless of the inheritance pattern. This is particularly important to speed up prioritisation using external scores. (e.g. PEDIA).

Describe the solution you'd like Create a results list by combining different query results, either by manually selecting multiple query results to be added to the final list, or by selecting different filter presets and combining their individual results into one result.

• A combined query can be triggered automatically after VCF import job is complete. I will check the complexity and implementation details for the changes required.
• For further enhancing and utilizing the combined query feature, external scores like PEDIA can be triggered automatically based on a setting. The HPO terms and image path could be provided (possibly in a setting), to the importing mechanism / command or to another job that will be triggered after import VCF is completely done and the data is available in VarFish.
