VariantValidator in variant details view broken #1747

Describe the bug The variant validator tool is broken.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any variant detail
  2. Lookup variant in VV
  3. See error

Expected behavior The query should work.

Additional context The problem also exists in REEV. Probably VV changed their API again.
