Create Celery task for recomputation of seqvar inhouse data. #2068

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We currently don't have inhouse seqvars data for V2 cases.

Describe the solution you'd like Create a Celery task that can also be triggered by a management command to compute the inhouse seqvars RocksDB.
