Provide a more intuitive representation of structural variants #466

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The experimental SV filtration is good. But it could be better! Users report that the representation of variants is not intuitive enough.

Describe the solution you'd like The first step is to sit down with users and refine this feature request (what is an intuitive representation of a variant), what information is missing/hard to access, what information is superflous?
