Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's sometimes hard to track down which features are enabled in a VarFish site and which are not.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a simple site-wide app to display the features. Alternatively, adjust the database info app to display this.

This would be best implemented through an additional feature in sodar-core. Postponing.
