What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. on a 4:3 tv, the text at the bottom is unredable

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
can barely see the top of text

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.57.1

Confirm. More specifically, on my TV both the top and bottom are cut off. I've 
noticed that most homebrew apps don't account for overscan, including 
Postloader. Would appreciate some sort of fix or setting to adjust the UI text 
position at top and/or bottom.

4:3 isn't actually supported. Anyway I will consider to make some adjustment to 
fix this, but it will take some time.
