I don't have access to my control4 only by calling my "Smart home pro". I'm more than willing to work with you if this is not a required :)
Unfortunately, having access to composer or composer home is required, as if you discover any issues, the only way I can fix or work with them is to get the logs from the driver and the homebridge plugin.

Hi just wondering if there is any update to getting blinds on this? One of the things thats preventing me so far from pulling the trigger on a C4 solution for my blinds (blinds and AC are phase 1 with lights and other appliances to follow). Cheers!
I have blinds support “mostly working”. The only tester I’ve had said there was a bug, but never responded with logs or details so I haven’t gone public yet while I look to expand Beta support. I’ve just started working with a local dealer who has offered to secure me some homes in my area (and their showroom) to work with and I’m hoping that will help me get to the bottom of the last issues (if there are any). Blinds work properly, but my previous tester reported that they sometimes all open on their own.

oh wicked mate. If I end up going down the control4 path, that seems like a solid thing I'll help you out wtih as best I can. From what I hear however from my local installer (whether this is accurate or whether im using the wrong terminology for them), Control4 typically like to keep their stuff pretty close knit and not allow outside access looking in even to get debug logs. Thanks!
If you can setup a VPN for me to access your home network securely, I can manage all of that for you. :)
Hi,
I have got the same issue. Appears when Pi is booted... the result is blinds that are in any position (other than fully up) go up.
woodgieboodgie - Please update to version 1.1.27 of the plugin and see if that fixes the issue and let us know.
Can confirm, I was also having this minor issue with blinds and it seems to be fixed with 1.1.27. I did see this in the logs that I don't recall seeing before fwiw
[3/8/2023, 8:25:28 AM] [homebridge-control4] This plugin generated a warning from the characteristic 'Current Position': characteristic value expected valid finite number and received "undefined" (undefined). See https://homebridge.io/w/JtMGR for more info.
I'll see if I can track down the warning, but it's harmless.
