File size limit? Skip file over XZY amount of Kb? #589

It would be possible to setup a file size limit in kb for example? Skip it... Because it seems sometimes a file is TOO big, and variety converts it? So the computer almost die in the middle... I did not know what happened, then tried ways to see what was going on... and a "convert" command launched by variety was the one that used a lot of resources...

For example this https://apod.nasa.gov/apod/ap220625.html It has like 15000 x 8000 px... That crashed my pc for almost 10 minutes... Oh yes, maybe I need 8 cores, and 32 ram... or more! WE NEED MORE!
