Support Live/Animated Wallpapers #640

Hi!

I'm really enjoying Variety, just started using it. I wanted to ask if it's possible to support animated/live wallpapers instead of only static images.

We pass wallpaper setting to the underlying desktop environment, so this is not really feasible with the current design. Doing this would probably require drawing our own overlay on top of the desktop, and I think that's out of the project's scope.
