Version of Variety you are using variety --version : variety 0.8.12

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. it is a problem for me. I don't want to restart variety everytime I add new quotes to my quotes.txt file at ./.config/variety/pluginconfig/quotes/quotes.txt

Describe the solution you'd like add a refresh function or something which monitor changes to the quotes.txt file
