localized unsplash URL #697

I live in Germany and when i want to use unsplash any URL from unsplash gets redirected to a german version So https://unsplash.com/@pawel_czerwinski gets redirected to https://unsplash.com/de/@pawel_czerwinski

The issue is that variety does not accept those URLs as valid ones. The error message in variety is: We do not support this type of URL And if i remove the "/de" from the URL i get the error message: "Oops. this didn't work. Is the remote service up?"
