Current behavior
add this somewhere in a Biml file:
<#= RootNode.BuildSettings.SsisVersion #>
The update pane is stuck at "Compiling Biml"
When compiling the file, the value for SsisVersion is 0
Expected behavior
Would expect it to return (on design and build) Ssis2017 etc.
