[UI] Body of landing page (1st) #38

A body component should be created in the Layout folder and then included in the Home page after the Header component.

@shrutilenka Do you want to work on this issue too? You are already working on the body part, this part should be on the top and then the part which you are currently working and then there will be a third part too. It will be better if you work on all the three parts. I thought it will be easier if I divided the body into different parts.

@shrutilenka No No, first make PR for this one or you can combine all three of them into one Body component, that will be the best solution. Don't unassign yourself as you only have to solve all the three parts.
