Status and Mega Evolution indicator on Pokémon health bars #157

There needs to be some indication of a Pokémon's current status—whether that be a little icon on the health bar, or some visual indication on the Pokémon itself like in Gen. 5. An icon to show a Pokémon has Mega Evolved would also be nice.
