problems with babel #213

I attach a minmal example that I cannot compile (TL2013) neither in article nor in article mode the problem is the line

\usepackage[spanish]{babel}

Have you tried using \usetikzlibrary{babel} (as suggested in https://github.com/varkor/quiver/issues/103)?

Ah, no, now I did (order is important) and it solves the problem, thanks
