How can we allow merchant users to suggest improvements, corrections, enhancements to portal? #23

1- perhaps with a HELP icon on all screens that when selected, a popup provides an area to type a question of suggestion. this could be saved in the DB or emailed to a flyinstyle mailbox. 2- once we have a portal users guide, it could be displayed/searched as online help or a FAQ displayed.

i reviewed above link. starter version is only $1/agent/mo (up to 3 agents). has 30 day trial, customer self-service, knowledge-base ++. might be good to give it a try ... later.
