StickNFind Beacons, next steps #252

Good news from Pernod Ricard yesterday. They are pitching to DFA, the concessionaire that has MIA contract, to let us test beacons with them for installation first week of August. We would like to use the StickNFind Beacons, as I met them in SF and I believe we will be able to negotiate them for free for test (meeting with them is this Monday). Also they are the company that has the contract with SITA so it makes sense for us to already work with them. The code was written for the hackathon and we want to make sure the app can use this by then. We also need to discuss how we will manage beacons. Lets talk this on the call tomorrow so we can put together a game plan. Also, since our meeting with StickNFind is Monday, if your team has ANY questions, can you send them no later than Sunday so we can bring them to the meeting?

Varma, Github doesnt allow word docs or any format other than images to be uploaded so we havent been able to load the files from the hackathon or the scope doc i shared by email. How should we keep track of important files? Dropbox? Basecamp? Other tool?
