Build for varnish4 on Debian. #22

Allows building of libvmod_curl on Debian, including runnning all tests.

Hi Igelo, thanks for the patch, but as stated here-->https://www.varnish-cache.org/lists/pipermail/varnish-misc/2015-December/024659.html VS will have versioned tarball releases for the VC community.
