I am using the vsthrottle vmod which is great but I would like to alert a mailing list when a particular IP is blocked. What might be the best way to do so ?

Want to do this so we know we are not blocking some popular school/college IP.

please take this to one of the support channels (https://varnish-cache.org/support/) as we try to keep the github issues for bugs. Personally I'd got for some std.log + varnishncsa + script, but let's discuss that with the larger crowd.
