Plug regex leak in vmod_cookie #150

The PRIV_CALL regular expressions used to be leaked at vcl.discard time and only the vre_t was freed.

Ready to merge, @gquintard will back port the fix to the relevant branches.

nothing to backport, 6.3 doesn't have that code
