Use HAVE_RST2MAN #59

configure.ac is setting HAVE_RST2MAN but src/Makefile.am isn't using it. I think this patch should be OK, but I haven't used autotools for a while.

Something's definitely wrong, thanks for reporting. However this is probably not the fix we want, I will look at this on Monday.

@rbrown: current master (a34af84) should solve this problem, please confirm.

Yeah, master compiles without it now, thank you
