I am using Varnish 6.2.1 + Ubuntu 20.04.

very possibly wrong repo, and probably not a bug but configuration issue, plus use one of the help channels: https://varnish-cache.org/support/ providing your configuration and a way to reproduce will help the community fix your problem faster
