Ant build failed - Some input files use or override a deprecated API - Charset issues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Clone closure stylesheets project
2. Run ant 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should compile and generate the binary

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using it on osX 10.9, Java 1.6.0_65, ant version 1.9.3
