Use server socket options #78

Not really sure, but i think the code did only use the 'backlog' option and ignored all others. Plz check if this fix is correct, but it works for me.

I'd rather keep this an explicit whitelist for now - what were the other options that were useful?

According to http://php.net/manual/de/context.socket.php I'd expect at least 'bindto'. But this issue is kind of old, so I'm not using bindto anymore.
