Some updates, mainly symfony/console 3 compatibility #10

Thanks for this, it looks good.

But https://travis-ci.org/varspool/sphpdox/builds/96192185 indicates we should probably bump compatibility to only support 5.5+ (in .travis.yml and composer.json), and put out a new major version. If you can do that on this branch, I'll merge it, otherwise I'll add it to my queue and get around to it in the new year probably.
