[Feature Request] - Manager people with VCF file #5

I Have a suggestion, if it makes sense for you to include.

The people who usually shows up in Immich are also in my contacts, with their names and dob. I would be nice to upload the VCF file in the webui and while typing the name to Immich people to assign, you could pre-populate based on the names from VCF and if dob is found in the contact that can be applied to Immich too.

This will speed up assigning names and dob to Immich people, and most importantly for me at least, have a mapping of contact to Immich's people id. So updates to contacts (name or dob) can be synced to Immich automatically.

you could even cache/export a mapping of contact UUID to Immich people id.

Would love this feature, if you/others like to have this feature. thank you.
