"database is locked" error in Hue with V1 and EMR v5.30

After installing V1 of the code, and using EMR v5.30, Hive queries using Hue shows a "database is locked" error for tables they have access to

Issues is tied specifically to EMR v5.30. Need an update to hue.ini to change default DB to mysql instead of "sqlite3"

Needs an update to the hue.ini (Added a EMR step hue-update.sh) which will only run if version is 5.30
