two issue in order-view-page and email #30

I'm using your product subtitle plugin in my website but there is two problem in the plugin. the first is when I enable order view, the subtitle is in email too but email is disabled in the settings when I enable the email, then the subtitle is in order view too. so like this

Hi, Sorry about the delayed response.

Issue is fixed in V4.5
