Issue 1: Cheque/DD Donation (on-hold status)
After completing donation, I am getting two of the exact same emails
Issue 2: Payment Gateway (processing status)
After being redirected back from the gateway, I am getting a blank white screen, with just this error: Fatal error: Call to a member function _is_donation() on a non-object in ..../woocommerce-quick-donation/includes/class-quick-donation-email-functions.php on line 65.
