My Quick Donation Page keeps reloading the page

Hi, if you go to my donation page at http://northwestsciencemuseum.com/donate/ No matter what project I pick or how much I put in for the amount, when I click the Add Donation button, it just reloads the page, staying on the same form. I have tried uninstalling and installing yet no luck.

My donation page just has this for the donation plugin form:

Another thing to note, when I first added this page, it worked fine, taking me to the form to fill out personal information and then to go to Authorize.net, which is what we use for payment. So it worked for a while, but when I went to show those who asked for this feature, it didn't work.

If not can you please download from github and check ?

I am also experiencing this issue. I have a development site and live site set up that are in sync except for the databases.

The issue is appearing on the live site but not the development site.

Here are the specific things I have tried and have not had success with

• Recreate the donation product
  • I renamed the original product and did not outright delete it
  • It wouldn't let me use the standard create product so I had to force create one
• Download the latest version of the plugin directly from this Github page
  • I installed this today
• Edit the product directly and manage the inventory
  • I can edit any field except for the inventory field on the single product edit page in the Wordpress Admin

Any help on how to proceed would be very beneficial. The plugin worked without issue until I performed an update to WooCommerce from version 2.6.1 - version 2.6.2
