Replace soft deprecated redirect_back with redirect_back_or_to in README instructions.

Thank you! This is great, I'll get this merged soon. Just got out of Baltic Ruby and the trains are a bit wonky today 😊

I suspect it'll fail on jruby because builds are a bit wonky lately due to no fault of this PR.
