Many missing assets

I pulled the most recent commit (#39) and the project is unbuildable mostly due to missing assets - probably never committed to the repo:

• Removing Assets/Editor/Amazon because the asset does not exist
• Removing Assets/Plugins/Android/unityads/bin because the asset does not exist
• Removing Assets/Plugins/Android/unityads/res/drawable-hdpi because the asset does not exist
• Removing Assets/Plugins/Android/unityads/res/drawable-ldpi because the asset does not exist
• Removing Assets/Plugins/Android/unityads/res/drawable-mdpi because the asset does not exist
• Removing Assets/Plugins/Android/unityads/res/drawable-xhdpi because the asset does not exist
• Removing Assets/Plugins/Android/unityads/src because the asset does not exist
• Removing Assets/Plugins/x86/QCARWrapper.dll because the asset does not exist
• Removing Assets/Plugins/x86/QCARWrapper.lib because the asset does not exist
• Removing Assets/Resources 1 because the asset does not exist
• Removing Assets/Screenshots because the asset does not exist
• Assets/Scripts/AmazonAdController.cs(93,27): error CS0165: Use of unassigned local variable `appKey'
• Maya could not be found. Make sure that maya is installed and the maya file has maya as its 'Open with' application!
• You are trying to import an asset which contains a global game manager. This is not allowed.

Hi.

Everything that has been added to the project has been uploaded. Are you sure you have gotten the latest from each branch and have an updated Master branch? I have been creating new branches for each new feature.

My last commit was a few days ago, but I'll upload a new one in a bit. Though, I haven't removed anything and all the the things causing errors are in the files I uploaded and working on my end.
