Just added a simple guide on how to contribute, with more commits than I would like to admit.

I put in a reference to docker/docker.md as well as the command you mentioned to run MongoDB in a Docker Container. I hope this is fine now, I don't have any experience with Docker, which is why I didn't mention it at first.
