Add wrapper: jsonbox-client #55

This is a draft PR because the documentation for my client library isn't complete yet. I'll change the status when it's ready (soon).

@vasanthv I'm opening this PR now because the library is a client companion to your API and is written in the same language family (TypeScript), even including many similar validation features. I welcome you to review the source of my code in case you have any suggestions or comments. If you do not wish to review or suggest anything, let me know that, too. Thanks.
