As discussed last time Standard Holiday (Holidays that do not change in date.) should be auto-updated by the system. Only special holidays/Local Holidays will be updated/encoded by the Admin.

last Jan 2021 I already manually encoded all the Holidays. May I confirm as to the reason for the Manually encoding is still needed for 2022?
