Hi Anya,

For info the employees ended up applying for Punch Alteration on a daily basis due to the uncaptured schedule even through it was approved on time. I believe this is another recurring issue .

Can you provide a report to our team as to the reason why this is recurring ? Is this caused by changes in the cut off ?
