Hi Ma'am Anna, Good day! Upon Checking the approved pre and post Overtime have a night differential, 5:33 a.m-6:00 a.m. Work hours NDOT=26 min (expecting he punches in 5:33:30) convert to hours, = 0.43333 Overtime work hours= 2hrs pre + 2hrs 2mins post Overtime. Convert 2mins to hours, 0.03333. = 4.03333
Note that night differential is 10:00p.m - 06:00a.m. Screenshot: Let me know if you have any clarifications. Thank you!
Kind regards, Alaniña G. Cenina
Can you provide a screen shot also of the divided OTND reflected on a different column?
Thanks
