End-users has been sending requests for approval but it doesn’t reflect on my notifications for approval. #114

Seeking your help on this matter under Bulkwaters. End-users have been sending requests for approval but it doesn’t reflect on my notifications for approval. Attached snippet below from the SCC approver’s screen, This happens the same with LCC, MCV & HDP Bulkwaters.

SCC: garcia.jp lopez.lb ponce.el

LCC: jamili.rm duenas.tm orendain.hd

HDP: garcia.ja tapio.jb abello.me

MCV: batisla-on.jj araneta.kl baroy.kb

image As per testing, the account wasn't included as an approver in the approval matrix so L2 di assign the appropriate approver to have access as an approver. Ticket marked as fixed

Got it checked, I still have no requests to approve and no notifications for SCC Bulkwater. MCV/LCC/HDP are all okay. image001 (4)
