To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Members - View - Address /contact details - edit - save - see the error

Cause of Bug: Having an undefined value in the personal data of the member that is currently viewing

Approach:

1. Set new condition to get again the personal data of the member
2. Set new condition to check if last name or first name is undefined. If one of them are undefined it will get only the field that has value.
3. Add also a loading in each tab
